I am here to sing these folks praises! I walked in their shop, without an appointment, with a seized lead screw in a quill out of a Laguna woodturning lathe. They cordially greeted me with "Hello, how can we help you? I explained my predicament. Brandon immediately went to work on getting the lead screw to unscrew from the quill. In a matter of a few minutes, he was successful with no damage whatsoever. Up to this point, I had tried everything to accomplish that with no success. These guys are great folks and very good at what they do. Moreover, Brandon is super nice person and who is very interested in customer service. Thank you, Brandon for your kindness! You made my day! I will readily recommend your shop to anyone needing machine shop services!

Brandon did an excellent job on repairing a tool that was not sized correctly. He told me that they were very busy, but he stopped what he was doing to help me out. Outstanding job. Very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

Last Friday I spoke to Brandon over the phone. We agreed that I should take the turbo there to remove the broken tap from a 6mm screw. He said perhaps $100 and Sunday (he says he comes there on weekend) he will do it, or Monday the latest. Tuesday morning - I called and he said that he did not have time, was very busy, perhaps will do it Thursday. I could not trust him anymore. I went there and the turbo was waiting for me at the door, not touched, not repaired. I took it home. An hour later (after I was home and finished breakfast) he sent me a message that he was looking at it (while the turbo was already in my garage) and that it will now cost me $200. He says "we are busy" as an extorting technique, judging by the fact that each time I went there someone was comfortably sitting at the desk. Whatever they write next will be an excuse to confuse you into believeing that somehow I did somethig wrong - the only wrong thing I did was believing that there are honest people working there. Think twice before going there, and learn from my experience.

I called this center from our shop, for help with a specific task. Brandon was not only willing to take his valuable time out on a Friday, but helped us out greatly even after we were unable to find our solution with his shop ( job fell outside their scope ). He called us back to help, even after it was apparent we were going another direction and offered great suggestions. Will absolutely be calling on his team again for work.

Brandon and his team go beyond the way to help me out on parts. When I need a part asap, Brandon always delivers. He has turned a part around in the same day for me. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who needs parts made.
